Description
These high-quality rubber-shielded (2RS) ball bearings provide direct replacement parts for kit-supplied bearings in ARRMA vehicles. The 10x16x5mm size — 10mm inside diameter, 16mm outside diameter, 5mm thickness — is used in the Gorgon 4x2 Mega 550 drivetrain among other ARRMA applications.
Each bearing is a premium ball-raced unit built for ultra-smooth operation in all conditions, precision manufactured to consistent tolerances for a fast, accurate fit and secure assembly. The rubber shields on both sides are the working feature: they keep dirt, water, and dust out of the races while keeping lubrication in, which is what separates a bearing that lasts a season from one that grinds itself gritty in a weekend of off-road running.
Rough, notchy, or noisy bearings rob power and chew up the axles and shafts they ride on — replacing them at the first sign of grit is one of the cheapest ways to keep a drivetrain running free.
