Description
This ARRMA slipper hub and plate set provides the core service components for the slipper clutch on the 1/10 2WD 223S platforms. The hub and plate are the friction surfaces that make the slipper work — they grip the spur gear under normal drive and slip momentarily under torque spikes to protect the transmission — and after enough launches they glaze and groove, making the clutch grab inconsistently and drift out of adjustment.
The set includes the slipper hub, slipper plate, and slipper nut, covering the wear components in one rebuild rather than requiring purchase of the complete assembled clutch. Each piece is precision manufactured for consistent engagement, so the rebuilt clutch holds its setting run after run instead of loosening as heat cycles through the assembly.
Pairing this set with a fresh slipper shaft (ARA311101) during a transmission service brings the whole clutch back to factory-fresh behavior for a fraction of the assembled unit's cost.
Fitment covers the ARRMA Fury and Gorgon 223S 1/10 2WD platforms. The package includes one slipper hub, one slipper plate, and one slipper nut.
