This ARRMA high torque slipper set arrives pre-built and factory-set, ready to bolt straight into your vehicle. The slipper clutch is the transmission's shock absorber — it protects the drivetrain from the sudden torque spikes of brushless power — and this set is built specifically to handle those loads on ARRMA's 1/10 2WD platforms.
The metal slipper hub is the key durability upgrade over worn or glazed stock components in brushless applications, gripping consistently where heat-cycled pads start to slip unpredictably. It pairs with a durable composite 61-tooth, 0.8MOD spur gear for reliable power handling, all built around a strong red anodized aluminum slipper shaft. A molded composite adjuster nut sets the spring tension, holding your slipper setting consistent run after run instead of backing off mid-session.
Because the set is supplied assembled and pre-set, installation is a straightforward drop-in — no fiddling with pad alignment or guessing at initial tension.
Fitment covers ARRMA's 1/10 2WD platforms including the Vorteks, Fury, Gorgon, and Quake (all ARA32xx and ARA35xx models). The package includes one assembled high torque slipper set.
