At 80mm length with a 0.402N/mm (2.30lb/in) rate, these are the softer-rate option in the 80mm spring family — the choice for plusher suspension action that soaks up rough terrain and small bumps rather than skipping over them.
Each spring is wound from strong, durable spring steel for long-lasting, consistent performance, precision manufactured for a fast and easy fit onto the stock shock bodies. Consistent spring rate side-to-side is what keeps a truck predictable — and springs do sag and fatigue with hard use, so refreshing them restores ride height and handling that has slowly gone soft.
Swapping spring rates is also the cheapest suspension tuning tool there is: pairing this rate against the firmer 0.547N/mm option (ARA-1803) lets you tune the truck's balance front to rear in minutes.
Fitment covers the ARRMA 1/10 2WD 223S monster truck platforms including the Gorgon and Quake. The package includes two 80mm shock springs.
