Description
This ARRMA aluminum motor mount plate for the center diff is the metal upgrade for the Mojave 4S motor mounting system. The plate ties the motor to the center diff assembly, holding the pinion-to-spur gear mesh at exactly the right spacing — the single most important alignment in the entire drivetrain.
Machined from aluminum, the plate holds that mesh rigidly under the full torque of the 4S power system, where composite plates can flex just enough under load to let the mesh open and strip the spur. Aluminum also pulls heat away from the motor far better than plastic, helping the power system run cooler through long desert blasts.
For a Mojave that's been upgraded for more power, this plate is close to mandatory insurance for the spur gear.
Fitment is the ARRMA Mojave 4S platform — confirm against your exploded parts diagram. The package includes one aluminum motor mount plate.
