The ARRMA ARA480071 Helmet Set is a genuine factory replacement scale detail part for the ARRMA Mojave 4S 4X4 BLX desert truck (ARA4404). It replaces the driver helmet detail that sits in the Mojave's open cockpit area behind the roll cage.
The Mojave is styled after full-size desert race trucks, and much of that look comes from the cockpit detailing visible through the cage rather than from the body shell alone. The helmet is one of the parts that sells the scale realism at a glance, and because it sits in an exposed position it is also one of the first pieces to go missing after a rollover or a heavy landing that pops the body loose.
This set is a direct factory replacement for the helmet detail supplied with the Mojave 4S, so it fits the stock mounting arrangement without modification. If your truck came to you second hand with the cockpit detail missing, or you have simply lost the original somewhere out on the trail, this restores the finished factory appearance.
