Description
The ARRMA ARA480072 Lower Roll Cage Support Set is a genuine factory replacement structural part for the ARRMA Mojave 4S 4X4 BLX desert truck (ARA4404). These supports form the lower section of the Mojave's exposed roll cage assembly, tying the cage down to its mounting points on the chassis.
Unlike a conventional monocoque body shell, the Mojave uses a visible roll cage as a defining part of its desert truck styling. That cage is not purely cosmetic. It is the first thing to make contact in a rollover, and it takes the load when the truck lands on its side or roof. The lower supports carry that load path down into the chassis, so their condition affects how well the whole cage assembly survives repeated impacts.
Because they sit at the base of the cage where forces concentrate, the lower supports are a common breakage point after a hard crash. A cracked or missing support leaves the cage flexing under impact instead of holding its shape, which puts the rest of the assembly at risk. This set is a direct factory replacement for the supports fitted to the Mojave 4S and installs in the stock locations with no modification.
