Description
The Kyosho UM521-1 Middle Suspension Arm Set is a genuine SP-spec Type B arm set for Kyosho's 1/10 scale 2WD buggies. The rear arm in this set is the mid-length design, running slightly longer than the standard arm to change rear geometry and improve steering, and it carries middle shock mounting positions that let you run the shocks in the layout used by Kyosho's Japanese Championship setup. That extra mounting option changes the leverage ratio on the damper, giving another meaningful tuning lever beyond springs and oil.
This is the standard replacement arm set for the Ultima RB5 SP2 and an optional upgrade for the RB5 and RB5 SP, with the rear arm also usable as an option on the Lazer FS2. Note that these arms are designed to run with Kyosho's Type B rear hubs, so plan the pairing before installing. Package includes one front arm, one rear arm, and the required spacers.
