Description
The UM709 wing stay set provides the mounting hardware that holds the rear wing on the Kyosho Ultima RB6. The wing stay bolts to the rear of the chassis and carries the wing at the correct height and angle behind the body, so it plays a direct role in how much rear downforce the buggy generates at speed.
Wing stays take a beating. Any rollover, any barrel roll off a jump face, and any car-to-car contact at the back of the pack loads this part first, and a bent or cracked stay lets the wing sit crooked, which costs you straight-line stability and consistent rotation.
This is the genuine Kyosho service part rather than an aftermarket substitute, so it matches the original mounting geometry and works with the stock wing and body without modification. The set includes the stay along with the spacers and washers used to set wing angle, which lets you dial rear grip up or down as track conditions change through the day.
