Description
Kyosho 97050M is a genuine four-pack of 4.8mm ball studs in the medium neck length. These steel studs thread into suspension and steering components and provide the pivot balls that camber links and tie rods snap onto, letting the linkage articulate smoothly through the full range of suspension travel. Neck length is a real tuning variable rather than a packaging detail: it changes where the link sits relative to the mounting surface, which alters camber gain and roll centre.
The medium length sits between Kyosho's short and long options, and having all three on hand lets you follow a setup sheet exactly. Worn or bent studs put slop into the links, which shows up as inconsistent steering feel and camber settings that will not hold, so replacing them restores precision. These install as direct factory parts on the Ultima RT6 and RB6 and the Lazer ZX-5. Package includes four ball studs, enough to fit a full pair of links with spares.
