Description
This center driveshaft set is designed for the Losi 1/6-scale 8IGHT-X Super Lasernut 4WD brushless buggy. The center driveshafts run between the front and rear differentials, carrying drive torque along the chassis centerline to keep power delivered to all four wheels in a 4WD layout. On a large-scale, high-torque brushless buggy, this driveline connection handles substantial stress during hard acceleration and rough-terrain impacts, and a worn, bent, or broken center shaft can cause vibration, drivetrain slop, or a complete loss of power to the front or rear differential. This set is manufactured to the same specification as the factory-installed components, making it a direct replacement for driveline wear items rather than a performance upgrade over stock. Installing a fresh center driveshaft set restores smooth, consistent torque transfer between the differentials and helps prevent secondary wear on the differential gears and output shafts caused by a damaged or out-of-true shaft. The set includes the center driveshaft components needed to complete a full front-to-rear driveline replacement on this platform.
