Description
This dog bone and axle assembly is designed for the Losi 1/6-scale 8IGHT-X Super Lasernut 4WD brushless buggy. The dog bone connects the differential outdrive to the wheel axle, transmitting drive torque while allowing the driveline to flex through suspension travel and steering movement. On a large-scale, high-torque 4WD buggy, this connection point takes significant stress with every hard launch, landing, and direction change, and a worn, bent, or broken dog bone can cause power loss, vibration, or a complete loss of drive to that corner of the vehicle. These components are manufactured to the same specification as the factory-installed parts, making them a direct replacement for driveline wear items rather than a performance upgrade over stock. Replacing a damaged dog bone and axle restores smooth, consistent power delivery to the wheel and helps prevent secondary damage to the differential outdrive or axle bearings. The package includes two dog bone and axle assemblies, enough to service one full axle or two individual corners in a single replacement.
