Description
The Woodland Scenics JS6961 Trigger Delay solves one of the most common problems with sound-activated scenes: a sound firing over and over as a train keeps passing or a visitor keeps lingering nearby. Wired between a trigger and the Sound Hub, it holds off reactivation for a set amount of time after the sound plays.
This is especially useful paired with a Motion Trigger (JS6956) or Magnetic Track Trigger (JS6955), where continuous movement could otherwise cause a sound to restart every few seconds. On an HO scale layout, that means a station announcement or crossing bell fires once per train pass instead of looping constantly, and in a display or exhibit setting, a motion-activated effect won't repeat every time a visitor pauses to look.
Simply connect the Trigger Delay in line with your existing trigger and Sound Hub, no extra programming required.
Compatible with any Just Plug Sound System setup for HO, N, O, and other model railroad scales.
