The Vanquish Products VPS09023 VS4-10 Portal Builders Kit is an unassembled 1/10 scale rock crawler chassis built for builders who want to spec out their own electronics, body, and wheels. At its core is the VFD Twin transmission with on-the-fly selectable overdrive, toggling between a 6.5 percent standard ratio and a 46 percent high overdrive, plus an integrated 3-position dig unit for locking the rear axle on steep climbs or tight turns.

Power reaches the wheels through the F10 Portal Axles, engineered with a high-clearance portal design, high-pinion hypoid gearing, brass axle tube inserts, and heavy alloy front knuckle weights that lower the center of gravity for better stability and traction on technical terrain. The 49 degrees of steering angle gives tight maneuverability on the trail.

The VS4-10 chassis pairs scale looks with real durability, built around a heavy-duty steel C-channel frame with dual servo mounts, integrated winch line routing, and a scale fuel cell. Suspension comes from Incision 80mm S8E shocks with hard-anodized aluminum bodies, dual X-ring seals, and stainless steel links on a 3-link front and triangulated rear layout.

Wheels, tires, body, bumpers, and electronics are not included, making this the ideal starting platform for a fully custom 1/10 rock crawler build.
