Description
This is the genuine Traxxas external-splined half shaft for steel-spline constant-velocity driveshafts, supplied singly. It fits the #9450R rear steel CV driveshaft assembly.
Steel-spline CV driveshafts are the strongest driveline option for these chassis, and this is the outer half shaft within that assembly. Buying it individually matters because the half shaft is the component that takes the wear and the shock loading, so replacing just this piece restores the assembly rather than requiring a whole new driveshaft set.
The external spline mates to the internal-splined half of the CV joint, letting the shaft plunge in and out as the suspension moves while still transmitting full drive torque.
Fits Bandit, Bandit VXL, and Drag Slash running #9450R rear steel CV driveshafts. Package includes one external-splined half shaft.
