Description
These are Traxxas molded composite rear camber links, supplied as a pair and measuring 82mm center to center. They arrive already assembled with hollow balls, so they install straight out of the package with no rod-end threading or length setting required.
The camber link sets the top pivot point of the rear suspension and controls how much the wheel leans through travel. A bent or broken link throws rear camber out and shows up immediately as a truck that pulls under power or wanders on landing. Because these are a fixed molded length rather than an adjustable turnbuckle, they return the suspension to the factory geometry every time without needing to be measured or re-set.
Molded composite is the practical choice for a link that gets hit. It flexes under load and absorbs impact rather than transmitting it into the shock tower or the suspension arm mount, and it will not bend and hold a shape the way an aluminum turnbuckle does after a hard landing.
These links are designed for use with the #9180 Extreme Heavy Duty upgrade kit. Package includes two assembled rear camber links with hollow balls.
