This is a genuine Traxxas 17mm splined short wheel hub in anodized aluminum, supplied as a single hub with one matching 17mm splined wheel nut, one M4 x 0.7 hub retainer, and one axle pin. Designed for use with the #9080 upgrade kit.
Buy it as a one-corner repair for a rounded or damaged hub, or as insurance in the parts box so a lost wheel nut never ends a run day. It matches the #9086 four-pack hubs exactly.
The 17mm splined interface maximizes contact area with the wheel, improving grip and preventing rounding under brushless torque, while machined aluminum construction handles repeated wheel changes without wear.
