These are genuine Traxxas Extreme Heavy Duty front driveshafts in steel-spline constant-velocity design with 6mm stub axles, supplied as a complete assembled pair for use with the #9080 upgrade kit.
Steel-spline CV driveshafts are the top tier of the Traxxas driveline lineup. The constant-velocity joints run smoother than universal joints at steering angle, the steel splines carry more torque than the standard shafts, and the 6mm stub axles resist the flex and shear that kill smaller axles under brushless power.
This pair is the front-axle answer for a Rustler 4X4 that keeps breaking driveshafts: install once, and the weak link moves somewhere else entirely.
For use with the #9080 Extreme Heavy Duty kit. Package includes two complete front steel-spline CV driveshaft assemblies with 6mm stub axles.
