Description
The Traxxas 8472 is a pair of assembled and glued tires and wheels for the Unlimited Desert Racer: BFGoodrich Baja KR3 tires mounted on Desert Racer wheels in black with a bright orange beadlock. They bolt straight on with no gluing or mounting work.
The BFGoodrich Baja KR3 is the officially licensed scale version of a genuine desert race tire — the same tread pattern that runs Baja. That matters for looks, and the aggressive open lugs also deliver real traction in sand, dirt, and loose rock, which is exactly the terrain this truck is built for.
The beadlock ring styling replicates the real thing on full-size trophy trucks and is one of the details that makes the UDR read as scale rather than toy. Bright orange is the highest-contrast option against the black wheel. Sold as a pair, so two packages complete the truck. Package includes two assembled tire and wheel sets.
