Description
Lower spring retainers, captured type, gray anodized. Four per package with four 2.5x10mm countersunk screws.
The lower retainer holds the spring against the shock body and sets where preload begins. The captured design stops the spring walking off its seat under hard compression — which is what causes a shock to feel inconsistent corner to corner even when the oil and springs are matched.
Fits: Traxxas GTR shocks, as used on Stampede 4X4 and Hoss 4X4.
Direct replacement for the factory lower spring retainers, hardware included.
