Description
Gravix tires for the X-Maxx and XRT, sold as a left and right pair. The Gravix tread is an aggressive multi-terrain design built to dig into loose surfaces and deliver forward bite when you open up 8S power.
Tire choice is the single biggest handling variable on a truck this size, and the Gravix is the more aggressive alternative to the standard Maxx AT. Where the AT is a jack-of-all-trades, the Gravix leans toward loose, soft surfaces — dirt, gravel, grass, and mud — where its deeper, more widely-spaced lugs can bite in rather than skate across the top. On hard-packed ground it trades a little top-speed stability for that extra grip, which is exactly the compromise most bashers want.
These are unmounted tires, so you'll need wheels and foam inserts if you don't already have serviceable ones, plus tire glue to bond the bead.
