Description
The clipless system holds the body on latches built into the body supports instead of traditional posts and clips. It gives a cleaner look and removes the clips that snag and tear a shell in a rollover, but it does mean the latch itself takes the load every time the body goes on and off. A cracked or worn front latch will let the nose of the body lift at speed.
This latch attaches to the #7812 body.
Fits: Traxxas XRT (78086-4) and XRT Ultimate (78097-4).
Direct replacement for the factory part, supplied with the mounting hardware included.
