Description
Replacement X-Maxx wheels in black, sold as a matched left and right pair. These are the same wheels fitted to the X-Maxx from the factory, so fitment and appearance are exactly as the truck was designed.
Wheels take a beating on a truck this size. Curb strikes, hard landings, and rocks all take their toll, and a cracked or wobbling wheel will chew through a tire and upset handling long before it fails outright. Replacing a damaged wheel rather than a whole pre-mounted assembly saves real money if the tire is still serviceable — you simply cut the old tire free, clean up the bead area, and glue it to the new wheel.
Keep in mind that X-Maxx wheels use a proprietary axle hex specific to this platform, so they won't interchange with other Traxxas monster trucks.
