Description
The Traxxas 7413X is a replacement rear wing for 7412-series Ford Fiesta ST Rally clipless bodies, supplied with 3x8 screws (4) and body posts.
The rear wing sits at the highest and most exposed point of the shell, which makes it one of the first casualties in a roll. On a rally car being driven on loose surfaces with limited run-off, rolls are routine rather than exceptional, so the wing is a genuine consumable.
Replacing it individually is far cheaper than replacing the whole body. A Fiesta shell with a snapped wing still runs perfectly well but stops looking like a rally car, and on a scale replica the wing is a defining part of the silhouette.
It is also worth keeping as a spare simply because a broken wing can end a session on appearance grounds when nothing else is wrong with the vehicle.
Fitment is specific to 7412-series Fiesta ST Rally bodies, covering the clear shell and the painted versions built on it. Screws and body posts are included, so nothing needs to be recovered from the damaged part.
