Description
The Traxxas 6958X is a ProGraphix clipless body for the Slash. The detailed graphics come fully painted from the factory, while the rest of the body is left clear so you choose the main body color yourself. Grab a can of Traxxas ProGraphix paint, spray the final color, and you get instant, professional results without having to mask and lay down intricate artwork by hand.
This is the middle ground between a plain clear shell and a fully finished factory body. The hard part, the detail work, is already done to a standard most people cannot match on a home bench. What is left is a single color coat, which is about as forgiving as painting gets.
The body comes fully trimmed for easy installation, and a protective overspray film is applied for convenience during painting. It includes clipless latches and body reinforcements, so everything needed to mount it to a clipless-equipped Slash is in the package. The clipless system removes body clips and tall posts, eliminating a common source of lost hardware and torn shells, while the reinforcements distribute latching loads across the polycarbonate instead of concentrating them at the mounting points.
