Traxxas 6579-2CH TQi Sport Transmitter TSM Receiver

The Traxxas 6579-2CH is a TQi Sport 2.4 GHz transmitter supplied with a TSM-equipped receiver. It packs the range and performance of the TQi into a compact design for maximum comfort and portability, with an ergonomic grip, a removable adapter to accommodate smaller hands, and simple one-button programming. A class-leading high-output 2.4 GHz signal delivers outstanding range and glitch-free performance.

The included TQi Sport 3-channel micro receiver uses an integrated LINK button for fast, easy binding, with a two-color LED indicating power-on and bind status. Fail-safe programming means that if the signal is lost, the receiver automatically returns the throttle to neutral and holds the last commanded steering position, so a vehicle that goes out of range stops rather than continuing at speed.

The headline feature is built-in Traxxas Stability Management. TSM makes it easier to control a vehicle on slippery surfaces. Off the line, it senses the vehicle's direction and makes steering corrections that allow straight-ahead full-throttle acceleration without loss of control. Through corners it makes intuitive corrections to hold the vehicle's line for faster exit speeds, and under braking it keeps the front wheels arrow straight until the vehicle comes to a complete stop.
