Description
The Traxxas 5889 is a pair of assembled, pre-glued tire and wheel units combining SCT Split-Spoke black wheels with a satin chrome beadlock-style ring, SCT off-road racing tires and foam inserts, mounted and glued at the factory. TSM rated.
The Split-Spoke wheel face uses paired spokes rather than the solid dish of the basic SCT wheel, giving the truck a more detailed look while keeping identical mounting geometry.
The SCT off-road racing tread is the balanced general-purpose Slash pattern, with lug spacing open enough to clear loose dirt and grass and enough block area to stay predictable on hardpack. It suits drivers running mixed surfaces rather than a single prepared track.
Sizing is the short course dual-profile standard, 2.2 inches at the outer bead and 3.0 inches inside. The beadlock ring is molded styling, not functional hardware. Fitment is 4WD front and rear, or 2WD rear only. The ultra-soft S1 version is part 5889R.
Fits: Traxxas Slash 4X4 front/rear, Slash 2WD and Slash VXL rear.
