Exo-Carbon is Traxxas' carbon-look finish applied across a matched set of body panels and chassis parts. Buying the kit rather than the individual pieces gets every visible component in the same finish at once — mixing Exo-Carbon parts with standard black ones is the usual disappointment when you buy them piecemeal.
