GTR shock body, red-anodized aluminum. One per package.
The shock body is the outer cylinder holding the oil and piston. Aluminum bodies hold their bore far better than composite under repeated compression, which is what keeps damping consistent over a session. Once a body is scored, dented or bent it will weep oil and damp unevenly no matter how fresh the fluid is — replacing the body is what actually restores suspension action.
Fits: Traxxas Jato 3.3 (55077-3) and other models using GTR shocks.
