Cap-head screws concentrate clamping force through a smaller head than a button-head, which suits locations where the fastener seats into a counterbore or against metal. Hex sockets round out with repeated wrenching, particularly if a worn driver is used, so keeping fresh hardware on the shelf saves drilling one out mid-repair.
Fits: Traxxas Sledge (95096-4) and other Traxxas models using 3x18mm cap-head hardware.
