Description
The Traxxas 10976-ORNG is a pair of 3.5-inch front beadlock rings for the Funco Pro Scale sand car (model 109076-4), sized to fit the Funco front wheels and sold as a left-and-right pair.
Beadlock rings serve a real mechanical purpose beyond looks: the ring clamps the tire bead against the wheel mechanically rather than relying on glue alone, which keeps the tire seated under hard cornering loads and the heat that builds up during long runs. On a car that pulls 55+ mph on paddle tires, that extra bead security is cheap insurance against throwing a tire at speed.
The anodized color also does a lot for the truck's look — the rings sit at the outer face of the wheel where they are the most visible piece of the rolling stock, and matching them to the body color or the rest of the aluminum accessory line sharpens the whole stance. Pair them with the 10977-series rear rings for a complete set. Package includes two front beadlock rings.
