Description
The Traxxas 10581 is a replacement 4-Tec Drift front upper bulkhead.
The bulkhead is a core structural component of the front end. It carries the upper suspension mounting points and ties the front of the chassis together, which means it defines where the suspension pivots sit relative to everything else. Suspension geometry depends on it staying exactly where it should be.
That structural role also puts it directly in the load path of every front-end impact. Energy that gets past the bumper and splitter arrives here, and the bulkhead is designed to be a replaceable part rather than letting damage transfer into the chassis plate.
A cracked bulkhead is one of the harder faults to diagnose because the damage can be subtle. The car looks fine at rest but the geometry shifts under load, producing handling inconsistency that gets blamed on setup for weeks before anyone inspects the bulkhead. If a car has taken a significant front-end hit and has never felt right since, this is worth checking.
This is a direct replacement for the factory part, fitting the original mounting locations with no modification, and restoring stock geometry exactly.
