Description
The Traxxas 10578 is a pair of 1.9" front narrow soft-compound drift tires, marked with 2 dots, supplied with rubber inserts.
Soft-compound drift tires provide the combination of durability and breakaway potential needed for refined drift control on smooth surfaces. That surface match is the whole decision: soft compound belongs on polished concrete and smooth indoor floors, where a harder tire finds so little grip that the car spins rather than holding a controlled angle.
These are tires only, not a mounted set. Rubber inserts are included to support the carcass and control how it deforms under load, but no wheels are supplied. Buy these if you already have rims, or if you are building a second set of compounds so you can switch surfaces without remounting rubber.
Front fitment is narrow, distinct from the wide rear tires. The 2-dot sidewall marking identifies the compound at a glance.
The matching rear soft-compound tires are 10580. Pre-mounted front soft sets are listed under 10577, and bare front wheels under 10571. The hard-compound front equivalent is 10570.
