Description
The Traxxas 10573 is a pair of 1.9" rear wide hard-compound drift tires, marked with 1 dot, supplied with rubber inserts.
Hard-compound drift tires provide the combination of durability and breakaway potential needed for refined drift control on abrasive surfaces like concrete and asphalt. Compound choice is the primary tuning decision in RC drifting, and rear compound is the more consequential of the two since the rear tires are the ones being deliberately broken loose and held there.
These are tires only, not a mounted wheel-and-tire set. Rubber inserts are included to support the carcass and control how the tire deforms under load, but no wheels. That makes this the economical choice if you already have rims, and the sensible one if you are building a second set of compounds to swap between surfaces.
Rear fitment is wide, distinct from the narrow front tires. The matching front hard-compound tires are 10570.
If you need wheels too, pre-mounted rear hard-compound sets are listed under 10575, and bare rear wheels under 10572. The soft-compound rear equivalent is 10580.
