Description
The Traxxas 10572 is a pair of 1.9" rear wide 6-spoke tuner wheels with a chrome rim, finished in graphite gray.
These are wheels only, supplied without tires. Note the rear fitment specifically: rear wheels are wide where the front wheels are narrow, so the two are not interchangeable. The matching front wheels are listed separately under 10571.
That front/rear width difference is deliberate on a drift chassis. A wider rear contact patch changes how the car sits and how progressively the rear breaks away, which is central to how controllable it feels at angle.
Buying bare wheels makes sense in two situations: replacing rims scuffed from barrier contact, and building a second set so you can keep hard and soft compound tires mounted separately. Anyone drifting seriously ends up doing the latter, because swapping between surfaces then takes seconds instead of remounting rubber trackside.
Traxxas lists matching rear tires separately, hard-compound under 10573 and soft-compound under 10580, with pre-mounted rear wheel-and-tire sets available under 10575 and 10576.
