Description
The Traxxas 10534-RED is a set of adjustable left and right front lower suspension arms that boost the appearance and strength of the 4-Tec Drift. Billet 6061-T6 aluminum construction adds strength and precision with a brilliant anodized finish. Includes 2.5x5 mm screws (2).
Lower arms carry the heaviest suspension loading at the front of the car and take the direct hit in any front-end impact, which makes them the arm most worth upgrading. Billet aluminum resists the deflection composite arms show under hard cornering, and that rigidity keeps front geometry where it was set rather than letting it move under load.
For a drift chassis this matters more than on a grip car. Drifting is sustained operation at the edge of traction with constant fine correction, so a front end that flexes unpredictably makes the car harder to read. Consistent arms give consistent feedback.
The arms are adjustable, allowing front geometry to be tuned rather than fixed at the factory setting. Billet machining also delivers tighter pivot tolerances than moulded parts, reducing the accumulated slop that develops in a suspension system with use.
Supplied as a left and right pair, so both front corners are covered in one part, with mounting screws included. Genuine Traxxas hop-up part for the 4-Tec Drift.
