The Tekno RC TKR1952T15 Rear Hub Carriers are precision-molded composite carriers designed to accept Tekno RC's M6 (6mm) driveshafts on Traxxas Slash and Slash 4x4 trucks. Upgrading to a larger 6mm driveshaft diameter significantly increases strength over the stock 5mm hardware, reducing the risk of twisting, binding, or snapping under hard acceleration, jumps, and aggressive bashing. These rear hub carriers are engineered specifically to house the larger axle diameter while maintaining correct bearing alignment, wheel hub geometry, and suspension geometry, so handling and camber stay consistent after the upgrade. Constructed from a durable composite material, they resist cracking and wear from repeated impacts and everyday driving abuse. Because these carriers are matched to the larger driveshaft bore, they must be installed alongside a Tekno M6 driveshaft set rather than the factory-sized shafts. This pairing is a popular drivetrain upgrade for drivers looking to toughen up their Slash platform for high-power brushless setups or rough terrain.
