Description
This rear chassis plate with a 3 degree arm mount is the direct replacement for the part fitted to the Team Associated B44, RC10B44.1, RC10B44.2, and B44.3.
The rear chassis plate carries the rear suspension arm mount, and the angle built into that mount sets the anti-squat the car runs. Anti-squat controls how the rear end reacts when you get on the throttle, influencing forward bite out of a corner and how the chassis behaves over bumps and jump faces. Because the angle is molded into the plate, swapping plates is how you make that change on this platform, so the part is both a repair item and a tuning option.
Since it matches the original component, it mounts in the stock position with your existing screws and hinge pins, with no modification to the chassis. The rear plate sits low and takes hits from ruts and landings, so replacing a cracked one restores the intended rear geometry and stops the car feeling inconsistent under power.
