Description
The Team Associated ASC9601 top shaft is the upper transmission shaft that carries drive from the motor pinion and spur gear into the gearbox. It runs on bearings inside the transmission case and transfers power down to the differential, making it a core component of the drivetrain on Associated 1:10 scale off-road platforms.
A top shaft that is bent, notched at the bearing seats, or worn where the gears locate will cause gear mesh to wander, generate noise, and accelerate wear on the spur and pinion. Replacing it restores correct alignment and smooth power delivery. This is a direct replacement for the factory shaft and installs with the standard bearings and hardware.
It fits the RC10B4, RC10B4.1, RC10B4.2, RC10T4, RC10T4.1, RC10T4.2, RC10T4.3, SC10, SC10B, SC10.2, SC10.3 Lucas Oil, SC10.3 JRT, and the RC10 4WD, RC10 4WD Team Car, RC10 4WD Factory Team, RC10 Factory Team, and RC10 Brian Kinwald Edition.
