Description
The Team Associated ASC92616 front CVA axles are replacement front driveline components for the RC10T84 Team Kit stadium truck, covering the driveshaft assemblies that run from the front differential outputs to the wheels.
A CVA, or constant velocity axle, transmits drive out to the front wheels while allowing the suspension to travel and the wheels to steer at the same time. The constant velocity joint keeps power delivery smooth across the full steering range, reducing the binding and torque pulses that a conventional universal joint tends to produce at large steering angles. In practice that means steering that stays consistent whether the wheels are pointed straight or turned hard into a corner.
Because they carry drive torque and steering movement simultaneously, front axles are wear items. Worn pins, bones, and joint faces introduce slop that shows up as vague steering feel and added drivetrain noise before it becomes a breakage. These are direct replacements for the front CVA axles supplied with the RC10T84 Team Kit.
