Description
These are heavy-duty CVA-style driveshaft bones sized at 72mm for the Team Associated RC10B7 platform, fitting the RC10B7, RC10B7.1, RC10B7.1D, RC10B7D, RC10B84, and RC10B84D buggies. CVA bones connect the outdrives and wheel hexes to the driveshafts, transferring engine or motor torque through the suspension's full range of travel while allowing the smooth constant-velocity action that reduces drivetrain vibration compared to simple dogbones. Built from hardened steel for the "HD" heavy-duty specification, these bones are designed to withstand the repeated shock loading and twisting forces of hard acceleration, sudden landings, and collisions without rounding out or snapping, which are common failure points for stock or worn driveline parts. Replacing bent or worn CVA bones restores consistent power delivery and eliminates play in the drivetrain that can cause inconsistent handling. This part is a direct replacement for the factory 72mm bones on the RC10B7 platform, installing with the existing pins and driveshafts with no other modifications needed, and is a straightforward maintenance item for racers who put heavy use on their buggy's drivetrain.
