This is an Arm Mount Backing Plate for the Team Associated RC10B84 4WD off-road buggy platform, used behind the suspension arm mounts to reinforce the chassis mounting area and spread clamping load evenly. The backing plate helps keep the arm mount hardware seated securely against the chassis, preventing the mounting holes from elongating or the mounts from flexing under hard racing impacts. It is made from a durable composite material chosen to resist cracking and wear while maintaining a solid, consistent mounting surface. This part fits the RC10B84, RC10B84 Classic, RC10B84D, RC10B84D Classic, and RC10T84 Team, matching the shared chassis platform across the current B84 buggy and truck lineup. It is a direct replacement for a cracked, chewed-up, or missing factory backing plate, and keeping a spare on hand is good practice since this area sees repeated stress from suspension loads and crashes. Installation reuses the existing chassis mounting points and factory hardware, so it drops straight in without requiring any other changes to the car's setup.
