Description
This is a steering rack hat bushing set for the Team Associated RC10B84 4WD buggy platform, designed to work with the steering rack to keep the assembly running smoothly and precisely. The bushings seat into the steering rack hats and provide a low-friction bearing surface for the rack as it slides side to side, reducing binding and play that can creep into the steering system with use. They are molded from a wear-resistant composite that holds tight tolerances over repeated racing cycles, helping maintain crisp, consistent steering feel. This set fits the RC10B84, RC10B84 Classic, RC10B84D, RC10B84D Classic, and RC10T84 Team, covering the full current B84 buggy and truck family. As a direct replacement for the factory bushings, it is the correct fix when steering starts to feel loose, gritty, or inconsistent after dirt intrusion or wear, and it is inexpensive insurance to keep in a pit box as a maintenance item. Installation uses the stock steering rack and hardware, so no other changes are needed to restore like-new steering precision.
