Description
The Team Associated ASC92499 upper front wing mounts above the front end of the RC10B7 and adds aerodynamic downforce over the front tires. Added front downforce helps steady the car at speed on fast straights and through sweeping corners, and it also gives the front end some protection in a nose-first landing or a collision with another car.
This wing fits the RC10B7 and RC10B7D 1:10 scale 2WD off-road buggies and attaches to the standard front wing mounting points using the kit hardware, so no modification is needed. It is a direct replacement for the wing supplied with the kit.
Front wings live at the very front of the car and take repeated hits, so cracks and torn mounting holes are normal after a season of racing. A fresh wing restores the intended shape and mounting strength. Fit it squarely and check that the mounting screws are snug but not overtightened, which can crack the material around the holes.
