Description
This gull wing front shock tower is the upper mounting structure for the front shocks and camber links on the RC10B74.2 four-wheel-drive buggy. The tower carries the upper shock mounting holes that set shock angle and leverage, along with the camber link positions that determine front camber gain through suspension travel, so it directly shapes how the front end responds.
The gull wing tower is designed to work with gull wing front suspension arms, specifically parts 92313 and 92328. The tower and arms form a matched geometry package and need to be run together, since the tower alone will not produce the intended suspension characteristics if it is paired with the standard flat arms.
The tower fits the RC10B74.2 and RC10B74.2D and mounts in the stock front-end location using the factory hardware, making it a direct replacement for a damaged or bent tower. Shock towers absorb front-end impacts and can crack after a hard hit, so keeping a spare on hand avoids ending a race day early.
