Description
The Team Associated ASC92255 chassis brace support set is machined from 2mm G10 fiberglass and forms the mounting support structure that ties the chassis braces into the RC10B74 platform. G10 fiberglass flexes more readily than carbon fiber, and that added compliance changes how the chassis loads and unloads as the car works over rough ground.
Running the more flexible G10 material gives the car more forgiveness over bumps, a more fluid feel through corners, and additional rear grip, which makes this set a genuine tuning option rather than a cosmetic change. Many drivers keep both G10 and stiffer braces on hand so chassis flex can be matched to the surface and traction level on race day.
This set fits the RC10B74, RC10B74.1, RC10B74.1D, RC10B74.2, and RC10B74.2D buggies. It installs as a direct replacement for the original brace supports using the factory hardware and mounting locations, so no modification to the chassis is required. Keep a spare set in the pit box, since brace supports absorb impact loads in heavy crashes.
