Description
These center differential outdrives are direct-fit replacement parts for the RC10B74 and RC10B84D family of 1/10 scale off-road buggies from Team Associated. Installed inside the center transmission case, the outdrives transfer engagement between the diff gear and the center CVA driveshafts, so wear or breakage here directly affects drivetrain slop and power delivery to the front and rear ends. They are molded from a durable, impact-resistant composite engineered to handle repeated high-torque launches, aggressive throttle transitions, and racing-level abuse without stripping or rounding out at the drive flats. Because the outdrives see constant rotational load and friction against the diff gear, replacing worn units restores crisp, consistent power transfer and reduces driveline play that can hurt handling on corner exit. This is a direct factory replacement, not a performance upgrade, and matches the original geometry and spline pattern so it drops straight into the stock center diff assembly. Runs of RC10B74, RC10B74.1, RC10B74.2, and RC10B84D based buggies and their Team truck variant all use this same outdrive design, making it a useful spare to keep on hand for regular maintenance or race-day repairs.
