Description
The Team Associated ASC91981 body is the replacement shell for the RC10B6.4 and RC10B6.4D 1/10 scale 2WD competition buggy. It is supplied untrimmed and unpainted, so it can be cut to the marked lines and finished to match the rest of the car before mounting.
On a 2WD buggy the body is an aerodynamic component as much as a cosmetic one. It manages airflow over the chassis and rear wing, contributes to how planted the car feels at speed, and shields the electronics, battery, and transmission from the dirt and debris thrown up by the tires.
This is the standard shell for the B6.4 platform and a direct replacement for the one included in the kit, using the existing body mount positions with no modification required. Bodies are consumables in racing, going soft and splitting after repeated crashes, so most racers keep at least one spare cut and ready to go. Fits the RC10B6.4 and RC10B6.4D.
