Description
This 13mm rear shock spring is a genuine Team Associated component built for the larger-bore rear shocks used on RC10 Factory Team, the RC10B7 series, and the RC10B84 lineup. Wound from precision spring wire with a 61mm free length and 1.7 lb/in rate, it controls rear compression and rebound damping to keep the chassis stable and traction consistent under acceleration and through corner exit. Matched wire diameter and coil spacing keep ride height uniform within the 13mm rear spring series, allowing racers to raise or lower the rate to dial in rear grip without changing shock oil weight or piston setup. Manufactured to Team Associated tolerances, the spring resists sagging and fatigue through extended racing use, holding its rate more consistently than generic aftermarket substitutes. It is a direct replacement for a worn or fatigued factory spring, and also functions as a tuning upgrade for drivers seeking a softer rear-end feel on higher-grip surfaces. Compatible with standard 13mm big-bore rear shock bodies used on these vehicles.
