Description
This is a pair of 13mm front shock springs rated at 3.8lb/in, with an L44 free length, 6.5 turns, and 1.2mm wire diameter, built for the Team Associated RC10B6.4, RC10B6.4D, RC10B74.2, RC10B74.2D, RC10B7, and RC10B7D 2wd buggy platforms. These springs mount over the front shock bodies to control ride height and front-end weight transfer, offering a mid-range rate that balances front grip with resistance to bottoming on rough or high-speed sections. Wound from spring steel, the springs hold their rate consistently through repeated compression cycles without sagging, and each rate is marked for quick identification at the track. They install as a direct swap over the existing shock shaft and body, using the stock spring cups and collars, so no other shock components need to change. Spring rate is one of the most effective ways to adjust a buggy's steering feel and front traction, and this set gives racers a straightforward way to fine-tune front-end response for changing track conditions and grip levels.
